A healthy diet primarily demands a diverse range of foods that provide all essential nutrients. Fruits play a crucial role, but careful selection is carefully. Although processed fruits aren’t the “worst” options, they can still be problematic. This includes not only sweet fruit preserve and juices but also fruits packed in brine or syrup. These products tend to be high in sugar and offer little nutritional value. Often overly sweetened, they resemble traditional candies or bars.
