1-Nuts and nut butters

Nuts are often included in a healthy diet because of their rich content of healthy fats, protein, and fiber.

They offer many benefits, such as supporting heart health and boosting brain function. However, they are also calorie dense.

A small handful of nuts can contain about 150-200 calories, and nut butters, such as peanut or almond butter, are even more concentrated in calories. Without proper portion control, eating nuts or nut butters can lead to unintended weight gain.



2-Avocado

Avocados are a food known for their heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and high nutritional content including fiber, potassium, and essential vitamins.

5-Dairy

Avoiding dairy products is a good idea, especially if you are lactose intolerant, but be careful with plant-based alternatives like cashews, almonds or coconut yogurt, ice cream and milk. These are often high in calories and can cause weight gain if consumed in excess.
